FairMove Direct Terms of Use
These are draft prototype terms and must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch.
Platform role
FairMove Direct is designed as a low-fee property introduction/contact-release platform. We do not act as an estate agent, letting agent, solicitor, conveyancer, surveyor, valuer, mortgage adviser, escrow service or payment intermediary for property sale/rental funds.
Fees
The platform fee shown in this prototype is a one-time £30 registration/contact fee. The platform does not charge estate agent commission, completion commission, viewing fees or negotiation fees.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information. Sellers, landlords, buyers and renters must carry out their own checks and use qualified professionals for legal, surveying, mortgage and transaction matters.
Safety
Users must not transfer property deposits, purchase money, rent deposits or legal funds directly to another user without appropriate professional advice. Property money should be handled through appropriate regulated/professional channels.
Prototype status
V8 includes a demo admin/data engine stored in browser local storage. It is not a production database, secure admin area, payment verification system or legal service.
