V8.5 backend-ready foundation

This build keeps the clean public journey and adds the formal payment-verified seller email guard. After payment is verified by Stripe or PayPal in production, the property should be marked online and a confirmation email should be sent to the seller/landlord email used in the listing form.

Public forms now prepare records for payment-verified automatic seller emails.

Seller/landlord listings and buyer/renter contact requests are still saved in the browser for prototype testing. V8.5 prepares the production rule: verified £30 seller listing payment → property online → formal seller confirmation email automatically triggered from the website sender email.
