FairMove Direct uses personal and property information to help Sellers, Landlords, Buyers, Tenants and Property Swap members create accounts, list properties, request contact and manage secure contact release.

We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, account role, property details, photos or uploaded documents, contact-request messages, payment status and contact-release status.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, process property listings, manage buyer/tenant contact requests, send platform emails, support safety checks and release contact details only when the relevant steps are complete.
Property Swap information
Property Swap uses separate profile, listing, media, payment and contact-request records. We may process the Swap route selected, property offered, preferred destination, home sought, proposed exchange period, permission confirmations, interest messages, owner decisions and secure contact-release status.
Contact release
Direct contact details stay hidden until the correct approval and payment-check steps are completed. Once contact is released, the relevant users may use those details to communicate directly.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. FairMove Direct does not store full card details and does not handle deposits, rent collection, purchase money or property funds.
