FairMove Direct Privacy Policy
This is a draft prototype privacy notice and must be reviewed before public launch.
Information collected
The platform may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, property details, buyer/renter contact requests, payment status and admin review status.
How information is used
Information is used to process property registrations, buyer/renter contact requests, admin review, safety checks and contact-release decisions.
Contact release
Contact information should only be released when the relevant platform rules are met, including payment confirmation and approval. In this prototype, release is simulated in the admin demo.
Payments
Payments are processed using Stripe-hosted payment links. FairMove Direct does not store full card details in this prototype.
Prototype storage
The V8 demo stores data in the browser local storage for testing only. Production deployment will need secure cloud storage, access controls, retention rules and compliance review.
