FairMove Direct Privacy Policy
FairMove Direct uses personal and property information to help Sellers, Landlords, Buyers, Tenants and Property Swap members create accounts, list properties, request contact and manage secure contact release.
Information collected
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, account role, property details, photos or uploaded documents, contact-request messages, payment status and contact-release status.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, process property listings, manage buyer/tenant contact requests, send platform emails, support safety checks and release contact details only when the relevant steps are complete.
Property Swap information
Property Swap uses separate profile, listing, media, payment and contact-request records. We may process the Swap route selected, property offered, preferred destination, home sought, proposed exchange period, permission confirmations, interest messages, owner decisions and secure contact-release status.
Media security scanning
New property images and videos may be placed in private quarantine and transmitted to a specialist malware-scanning service provider for security analysis before publication. Files that fail security checks are rejected and deleted from quarantine. Clean images may also be decoded and reconstructed before publication to reduce hidden-content risk.
Contact release
Direct contact details stay hidden until the correct approval and payment-check steps are completed. Once contact is released, the relevant users may use those details to communicate directly.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. FairMove Direct does not store full card details and does not handle deposits, rent collection, purchase money or property funds.
Website measurement and campaign analytics
FairMove Direct uses Google Analytics 4 in a privacy-minimised, cookieless configuration to understand aggregate website traffic and campaign performance, including visits from printed leaflets and FMDirect website QR codes. Analytics storage is set to denied, so this FMDirect setup does not ask Google Analytics to set or read analytics cookies. Google may receive cookieless measurement signals such as the page visited, general browser/device information, referrer information and campaign parameters. FMDirect does not enable Google advertising storage, Google signals or advertising personalisation through this analytics setup.
For FMDirect QR campaign measurement, tracked website and printed-leaflet QR visits may also be counted in FairMove Direct's own first-party campaign records. These records are limited to aggregate campaign labels such as source, campaign, leaflet side/content, optional distribution-area label, landing path and time. FairMove Direct does not intentionally store the visitor's name, email address, phone number, IP address, user agent, cookie identifier or other persistent visitor identifier in this QR campaign record.

Users should provide accurate information, protect their account details and use qualified professionals for legal, surveying, mortgage and transaction matters.
