Direct landlord-to-tenant connection

FMDirect does not manage the tenancy. It provides the listing and controlled connection tools. Interested tenants can browse public listings and later submit a structured contact request. The landlord chooses whether to approve or reject that request before direct contact details are released.

Landlords remain responsible for all legal and regulatory duties relevant to their property and tenancy, including required safety checks, deposit arrangements, identity and right-to-rent processes where applicable, tenancy documents, permissions and property management.
